    As part of Administration team, the Office Administrator r will fully support the General Administration Function for HK Office. Moreover, the Office Administrator will assist Administration Manager to supervise and manage the other administration functions including reception services, office assistance services as well as tea ladies & cleaning services, to ensure the effectiveness of office environment while contributing to a team-oriented working atmosphere.

  • Responsabilidades

    • Oversee day-to-day office administration to make sure they are completed accurately and in a timely manner~crlf~• Supervising various admin functions including Front Desk operations, Office Assistance support, Tea ladies services, cleaning services for providing a full spectrum of professional office management and administration support for the HK office (including Central office, BCP site & warehouse)~crlf~• Liaise with various service providers for office supplies / services sourcing with service monitoring & periodic review~crlf~• Deal with HR on temporary accommodation sourcing~crlf~• In charge of the office maintenance & repair and offer smart hand on office equipment and facilities failure~crlf~• Oversee & manage physical security domains including office security system, office fire safety, BCP coordination, travel & event security etc~crlf~• Maintain various administrative database & regular reporting~crlf~• Support administrative procurement & payment verification, including handle all sort of administrative non-production sourcing & procurement according to company policy & authority, and Invoice verification & cost allocation for monthly expenses~crlf~• Manage offsite document storage logistics & regular clean up exercise~crlf~• Manage company printed stationery ordering per printing guideline requirement; stock keeping & taking~crlf~• Support company & team event e.g. party, team gathering ~crlf~• Manage facility outsourcing model~crlf~• Assist seat re-stacking, renovation and relocation Projects~crlf~• Support Administration Manager on project / ad-hoc task as assigned

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    Post-Secondary Education with Minimum 8 Years solid office management experience in sizable MNC~crlf~With supervisory experience preferred~crlf~• Possess strong sense of responsibility and commitment~crlf~• Good time management~crlf~• Can-do attitude and a strong team player~crlf~• Open to and accept change~crlf~• Multi-tasking & good organization skill~crlf~• Being accurate and paying attention to details ~crlf~• Able to work independently and take full responsibility for completion of duties~crlf~• Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
