IT Service Manager- ServiceNowPlatform
We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in our New York office to take responsibility for our IT Core Service Management Processes (ICMP), as well as being our ServiceNow Platform Architect and Deputy Platform Owner.~crlf~~crlf~The incumbent will take responsibility as ITSM Process Owner and ServiceNow Platform Architect / Platform Owner (deputy):~crlf~## Process Owner (Asset & Configuration Management) ~crlf~## Defining the overall mission of the process~crlf~## Establishing and communicating the process mission, goals, and objectives to all stakeholders~crlf~## Undertake detailed workshops to design and agree on an improved process~crlf~## Translate agreed process improvement into Agile Stories ready for development in ServiceNow Platform~crlf~## Create documentation, including Policy and Process, RACI, and SWIM lane diagrams~crlf~## The development of exception processes, where necessary~crlf~## Ensure the improved processes are delivered and embedded with the service delivery teams and external service providers~crlf~## Resolving cross-functional issues~crlf~## Ensuring consistent execution of the process across the organization~crlf~## Manage regular process reviews in line with the Continual Service Improvement Plan~crlf~## Process integration into the global process and tool landscape ServiceNow~crlf~## Monitor, control and reporting of process efficiency and effectiveness based on key figures~crlf~## Advising stakeholders on the practical running of the processes with a view to reach customer service excellence and meet business requirements~crlf~## Platform Architect / Platform Owner (deputy) ~crlf~## Documentation of overall platform design and development standards~crlf~## Consultative leadership to the platform team~crlf~## Resolve technical escalations~crlf~## Alignment with wider IT Enterprise Architecture team~crlf~## Integration expert~crlf~## Architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions to business needs~crlf~## Supporting Platform Owner in:~crlf~## Roadmap and shaping demand~crlf~## Alignment with the business strategy ~crlf~## Ownership and oversight of ServiceNow instances, the platform team, and escalations~crlf~## Technical governance~crlf~## Ensure consistent design and configuration decisions for a seamless user experience, and alignment with overall platform strategy ~crlf~
## Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or similar~crlf~## Minimum of5 years of experience ideally with experience in various IT service delivery functions~crlf~## ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator~crlf~## ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist~crlf~## Experience in successful design, implementation and CSI of Asset and Configuration Management in ServiceNow~crlf~## At least an ITIL v3 Foundation certification, ideally ITIL 3 Expert or ITIL 4 Managing Professional ~crlf~## Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking, decision making skills, integration and communication skills~crlf~## AGILE and LEAN knowledge is an advantage~crlf~## Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in global capacity ~crlf~~crlf~
