    ***Position location to be determined in New York, NY or Dallas, TX***~crlf~Allianz Global Investors is looking for a seasoned Benefits Manager to join the HR Operations team. The Benefits Manager will support the design and daily administration of Allianz Global Investors US health and welfare, wellness and retirement programs. As a member of the HR team, the Benefits Manager contributes to the development and implementation of a seamless and consistent benefits strategy.

  • Responsabilidades

    •Manage and own the administration, design, compliance and communication of employee benefits programs such as 401(k), medical, dental, vision plans; life insurance plans; disability plans; FSAs, HSAs, supplemental plans and other wellness programs.~crlf~•Manage all employee leave plans and workers’ compensation claims, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, military and personal leave; partner with designated third-party vendor, HR Business Partner and manager for all related employee relations and/or ADA accommodations.~crlf~•In coordination with benefits broker and other operating entities, work on benefits plan renewal and evaluate and compare existing company benefits with market surveys and other resources to analyze data and provide recommendations for changes to senior management.~crlf~•Manage open enrollment process - oversee communication and training materials, collaborate with HRIS team to prepare system with plan changes and work with plan providers on electronic file feed updates.~crlf~•Prepare and execute benefits documentation with legal consultation, such as original and amended plan texts, benefits agreements and insurance policies. Instruct insurance carriers, trustees and other external administrative agencies to execute changes in benefits program. ~crlf~•Ensure prompt and accurate compliance in all aspects of the benefits programs.~crlf~•Manage benefits contributions and payments; ensure proper reconciliation and audits including, but not limited to eligibility, provider invoices, funding for 401(k), HSA and FSA contributions.~crlf~•Resolve escalated employee questions and problems by interpreting benefits policies and procedures; ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution.~crlf~•Comply with federal, state and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; obtaining qualified opinions; enforcing adherence to requirements; and advising management on needed actions. ~crlf~•Ensure all required testing, audits and tax filings are completed on time.~crlf~•Prepare reports as needed by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Finance ~crlf~•5 – 7 years’ experience in benefits design, compliance and administration~crlf~•Knowledge of benefits regulatory requirements in the US~crlf~•Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment~crlf~•Demonstrated project management experience~crlf~•Excellent verbal and written communication skills~crlf~•Strong financial and technological acumen (HRIS, Excel)~crlf~•Possess sound judgment and reasoning abilities~crlf~•Exhibit strong drive for results and success~crlf~•Possess strong time management and organizational skills~crlf~•Maintain courteous, professional and effective working relationships with employees across all levels of the organization
