Transition & Service Delivery Manager - New York
Analyzing offshoring opportunities within AGCS across all functions and assessing the offshoring and rapid automation potential in close conjunction with business unit, offshoring unit and team members in the shared services unit. Managing offshoring and rapid automation projects within AGCS by: ~crlf~##Adhering to Shared Services transition frameworks;~crlf~##Working closely with Offshore Business Change teams and/or Rapid Automation development unit;~crlf~##Coordinating with onshore unit stakeholders through the transition lifecycle to ensure proper Knowledge and Task transfer/Automation;~crlf~##Ensuring success during Go Live by working closely with the Factory Management Unit colleagues and Onshore unit SMEs; and ~crlf~##Ensuring proper handover of the process from feasibility stage through into BAU stage.
##Maintain regular communication with respective business owner, working to enhance the quality output of the staff and increasing the service delivery within the team. ~crlf~##Liaise between the business and the production teams to ensure close alignment, KPI attainment, and facilitate future forward planning.~crlf~##Conduct detailed feasibility assessments across processes of the onshore business unit and prepare business case highlighting the RA and Offshoring potential and propose an approach towards benefits realization.~crlf~##Implement end-to-end offshoring and RA opportunities by taking the identified opportunities through the transition framework covering People, Process, and Technology dimensions.~crlf~##Advise internal customer on tasks related to internal change management and support where required.~crlf~##Ensure, proactive, timely, complete and correct communication to all stakeholders during the whole transition lifecycle.~crlf~##Actively participate and drive the development of more junior staff within Shared Services Unit and within our offshored services, providing feedback and coaching.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
##Managing end-to-end, mid-to-complex transitions with evidence of handling multiple stakeholders, leveraging change management techniques, and proven process optimizations;~crlf~##OPEX Blue Belt and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification and evidence of driving process optimizations leveraging the tools of Six Sigma/OPEX;~crlf~##Strong project management skills with evidence of managing projects through established methodologies (PMP);~crlf~##Evidence of working across geographies and international teams to drive projects to desired completion;~crlf~##Experience working internationally (cross culture experience), basic knowledge of other OE processes, and/or involvement in international working groups or committees;~crlf~##In-depth knowledge of Transition methodology, Process Lifecycles, Process Optimization and Change Management;~crlf~##In-depth knowledge of Quality Improvement Frameworks;~crlf~##Insurance business experience and knowledge;~crlf~##Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;~crlf~##Ability to lead people of different cultures directly and indirectly;~crlf~##Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to motivate others;~crlf~##Self-motivated and capable of working independently; and~crlf~##University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Law) or equivalent insurance specific qualification.~crlf~~crlf~
