Senior Procurement Specialist (OP) (m/f/d) - based in Munich
Senior Procurement Specialist (OP) is responsible for definition and execution of relevant activities for the successful delivery of Operational Procurement tasks on a regional and global scale. This includes implementation and management of global purchasing tools and respective processes including the realization of improvements, enhancements and adjustments with a goal to achieve targeted Operational Procurement KPIs and overall Procure to Pay (P2P) efficiency.
##Drive creation and execution of global operational procurement activities (across the organization and act as a contact for all operational purchasing/P2P topics~crlf~##Develop and manage a global supplier catalogue(s) base in the AGCS Operational Procurement tool, align and follow strategies related to vendor usage with Strategic Procurement~crlf~##Drive excellence in global purchasing processes by creation and improvements of procurement policies, guidelines, processes, templates, etc.~crlf~##Preparation and management of vendor set-up and maintenance activities Ensure compliance of P2P documentation (purchase order templates, general terms and conditions, system and manual communications etc.) to business specific requirements including company relevant legal terms & conditions and apply AGCS´ compliance guidelines~crlf~##Work in a close co-operation with different cross functional teams~crlf~##Identification and execution of operational procurement process and tool improvements and enhancements to better PR-PO cycle times and overall customer experience~crlf~##Alignment with Allianz Group Global Sourcing & Procurement~crlf~
Relevant experience~crlf~##Minimum 3-5 years depth procurement experience (ideally in a similar role)~crlf~##Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with Operational Procurement tools/platforms~crlf~##Founded experience of contract and vendor management processes and tools~crlf~##Working experience in international teams~crlf~##Practical experience in project management and change management~crlf~ ~crlf~Education / Certification~crlf~##Master degree in related field (e.g. Procurement, Economic or technical study)~crlf~##Very good command of English and German language (verbal and written) is mandatory~crlf~ ~crlf~Technical Skills~crlf~##Good understanding of overall procurement topics with a special focus on procure-to-pay processes and relevant tools~crlf~##Technical understanding of workings and logic in procurement and payment tools including SAP Ariba and SAP ERP~crlf~##Good understanding of procurement cycle, procurement theory and best practice (both Strategic and Operational)~crlf~##Experience within insurance procurement, consultancy category, IT and outsourcing ideally within financial sector~crlf~##Hands on knowledge of vendor selection processes (RfX) and good understanding of relevant contractual terms and conditions~crlf~##Practical knowledge in areas of procurement reporting, controlling and cost savings~crlf~##Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products, Strategic Procurement Suite Ariba, SAP or similar~crlf~##SRM/MM knowledge of advantage~crlf~ ~crlf~General Skills~crlf~##Proactive and committed working style in an international team~crlf~##Good analytical skills, team player~crlf~##Proven negotiation skills, preferably in a global environment and in a multinational business~crlf~##Customer focused and good team player~crlf~##Communication skills both verbal and written tailored to the intended audience~crlf~##Stakeholder management, ability to negotiate on different hierarchical levels~crlf~
