At AGCS our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business, to deliver a best-in-class support and counsel service to our managers.~crlf~ ~crlf~As part of the global HR community, you will act as a deputy to the Head of Global Rewards & Performance. You are the subject matter expert and topic owner for Performance Management & Grading and support Compensation topics as needed. You will lead and contribute to significant global projects, including conceptual design, evaluation and preparation of management decisions. You will also act as a known expert, providing guidance and consulting to regional HR teams and Senior Executives on different programs, tools, analyses and processes.

In this role you will…~crlf~##Have the global HR Process Ownership: Develop, design and manage HR process(es) globally (>25 countries, ca. 4000 employees), based on Group directions, including topics such as Performance Management, Grading, Compensation~crlf~##Drive change projects: Identify the strategy and priorities for own area, define necessary change process for own area, drive change initiative (process, tools improvement/creation)~crlf~##Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Consult our CHRO, Regional Heads of HR and Senior Leaders on all related topics; consult our Board Members as the deputy of the Head of Global R&P if needed~crlf~##Governance, policies and guidelines: Define/improve, harmonize and simplify global processes, tools and guidelines; collaborate closely with Regional HR as well prepare for and support global functional head with all necessary committees/governance bodies~crlf~##Define and develop marketing/roll-out plan globally and activities for own area and lead all global communication initiatives for own area~crlf~##Manage/coordinate within virtual global HR team consisting of local/regional HR colleagues~crlf~

##You have a degree (ideally Master) in Human Resources, Economics, Finance, Statistics or similar~crlf~##At least 5 years’ relevant HR experience in a global organization, specifically Performance Management, Grading and Compensation (PM & Grading a must, Comp is a plus)~crlf~##Experience working in a matrix and virtual team environment supporting multiple locations~crlf~##Substantial experience in large impact project/process/change management~crlf~##Project management skills used to develop detailed process steps and project plans (OPEX methodology, six sigma, etc..) that will be implemented globally~crlf~##Knowledge of local/regional/global employment law, as required for the role~crlf~##High communicational skills in order to be able to negotiate/influence internally at senior executive level and excellent interpersonal skills in order to maintain a close working relationship with HR colleagues and management within the business~crlf~##Negotiation and conflict management: Ability to negotiate, lead difficult conversations, and steer discussions to a desired end~crlf~##Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to quickly analyze data from multiple sources (e.g. compensation calculations, global processes, conflicting information, spot inconsistencies, trends, etc.) and the ability to draw the right conclusions~crlf~##Fluency in English~crlf~
