Senior HR Business Partner and Project Manager (m/f/d)
At AGCS our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business, to deliver a best-in-class support and counsel service to our managers.~crlf~~crlf~Reporting directly to the Head of HR in our region, you will play a vital role in steering global and regional HR projects while at the same time acting as an HR Business Partner, providing advice and support to our business on HR initiatives, policies and processes.
HR Project Management~crlf~##Coordinate, steer and monitor global and regional HR projects, such as global restructuring, transfer of business segments, etc.~crlf~##Maintenance of a clear project business plan incl. KPIs to better evaluate the project progress and to develop future project scenario and strategy~crlf~##Represent local/regional interests and regularly communicating status quo incl. recommendation of measures to the Regional Head of HR~crlf~ ~crlf~Business Consultation as HR Business Partner~crlf~##Act as first line of contact for managers and employees~crlf~##Develop resourcing strategies to support the business in a sustainable way~crlf~##Consult/coach managers and staff on employee relations topics (e.g. claims of misconduct, low performance, disciplinary actions, etc.)~crlf~##Advise/support the business on how to motivate and retain people in a challenging and fast changing business environment~crlf~##Consult and support business in implementation of HR processes in respective business area (e.g. rewards, performance, grading, talent, development, recruiting, re-organization, etc.)~crlf~##Act as trusted contact person for the works council bodies~crlf~ ~crlf~Business Representation~crlf~##Represent the business to the rest of the HR community. Collaborate on programs and initiatives by providing an organization-specific perspective~crlf~##Assess HR implications of the business strategy, identify opportunities to further meet business needs, and design solutions~crlf~##Establish and maintain relationships with senior managers to drive the execution of HR programs~crlf~
##You have a degree (ideally Master) in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or in a related field~crlf~##You have at least 5 years of experience in HR in a global organization~crlf~##Proven experience in project management, i.e. in steering and coordinating various projects and managing different stakeholders at all levels~crlf~##Project Management certification (PMI, PMP) or related trainings~crlf~##You have the expertise in leading / managing organizational change, ideally in various business scenarios, including larger restructuring and transformation programs with a global scope~crlf~##Experience with employee representative bodies~crlf~##Solid knowledge of German labor and employment law, and appreciation of Works Council issues~crlf~##You’re able to handle negotiations and delicate situations with tact and diplomacy and the ability to steer discussions to a desired end~crlf~##Technical know-how in at least 2 HR topic areas (e.g., Comp/Ben, PM, Recruiting)~crlf~##Ability to design and drive transformation of organizations including corresponding structures and business processes~crlf~##With excellent communication skills, you are proactive, diplomatic and able to build relationships with people at every level of a global organization~crlf~##Ability to prioritize and balance various tasks at the same time~crlf~##Required languages: English and German fluent (able to negotiate)~crlf~
