Senior Data Analyst / Data Architect (m/f/d)
Based in Munich and reporting directly to the Data Strategist within the Global Data Office, this role is pivotal in the delivery of data analysis supporting the wider AGCS data consumers.~crlf~ ~crlf~In this global role you will be focusing on multiple customer and functional areas within all geographies with a mandate to provide data analytics, data solutions to AGCS projects, products, and business stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the interpretation of data requirements from consumers as well as raised data quality issues and the provision of solutions to meet the demands, working closely with data engineers, data scientists and data consumers in AGCS. This will include driving data harmonization where needed to support the enterprise wide data use cases, diagnose data quality root causes and finding appropriate solutions. In this respect the role is acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, project- and product- representatives as well as IT partners.

##High experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (Python, SQL, R, Matlab; Java is a plus).~crlf~##Visualization & BI (e.g. Microsoft, Cognos, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Qlik, OBIEE, Hyperion).~crlf~##Min 7 years of significant experience in product design and data analytics, programming, and thus qualified analytical skills (ability to analyze highly complex data from multiple sources; identify and resolve issues).~crlf~##Experience working within the agile development environment – managing data and projects using this methodology; you should be comfortable in a fast paced environment and able to consistently revise approach in response to new information; effectively work together with various team members when gathering requirements, delivering solutions, and eliciting suggestions and feedback.~crlf~##Communication & Presentation: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex in a simple way to understand terminology; express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally; be able to “sell” an improvised or prepared audience a winning story.~crlf~##Insurance knowledge is a plus: specialization in functions like Accounting/Actuarial, Claims, Operations, Underwriting specifically from a data perspective.~crlf~##MS Office skills (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA).~crlf~
