##Obtaining new product development license and revision for existing licenses.~crlf~##Obtaining New Product license or revising existing Product license regarding requirements from AGCS, FSA, GIROJ and so on.~crlf~ ~crlf~##Supporting Uunderwriters for wording arrangement and premium calculation.~crlf~##Supporting Underwrites, for example, wording arrangements, premium calculations, obtaining lawyer's opinion, making a training materials and so on.~crlf~ ~crlf~##Maintaining our license documents.~crlf~##Maintaining and keep our Products License up to date and report them to FSA.~crlf~ ~crlf~##Reviewing insurance premiums.~crlf~##Reviewing Insurance Premiums, Wording, improvements of license, moral risks, market needs and similar issues in the Product Approval Committee, Product Meeting and so on.~crlf~ ~crlf~Product Approval Committee. Hold in order to do following matters as a secretariat:~crlf~##Reviewing of development request from the point of customer’s needs and sales countermeasures Checking status of key compliance-related issues and report to BOD~crlf~##Reviewing of request on insurance underwriting risk and improvement in earnings~crlf~##Reviewing from the aspect of compliance and moral risk~crlf~##Reviewing of sales plan and system development, and measuring before start of product sale~crlf~##Reviewing on internal rules related to loading premium rate~crlf~##Reviewing on improvement of internal measures from time of solicitation to payment of insurance coverage~crlf~##Reviewing of request on follow-up after start of product sale, including improvement or elimination of product ~crlf~
