Personal Assistant (m/f/d) to Chief Underwriting Officer Corporate

As the Personal Assistant to the Chief Underwriting Officer Corporate and based in Munich, you provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Board Member, helping to manage and prioritize time. The Personal Assistant ensures that the Board Member can focus on strategic matters by processing delegable tasks. The function holder also participates in important projects where involvement of the Board Management office is necessary.

In this role you will….~crlf~##Ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visa, personal bookings) are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers, etc. and troubleshooting problems~crlf~##Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments. Manage and maintain the executive's diary and email account~crlf~##Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for manager~crlf~##Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the board member by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate~crlf~##Liaise with relevant individuals, external organizations etc. to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes~crlf~##Undertake any other duties as requested by the board member~crlf~##Extract, compile and analyze cost center reports from SAP~crlf~

##Bachelor Degree (preferred)~crlf~##Demonstrable experience (at least 3 years) in an administration/executive assistant/PA role working under tight timelines and requiring tact, judgment and discretion~crlf~##Experience of diary management/researching and booking of travel and accommodation~crlf~##Advanced IT skills (Office applications): Word, Excel, Power Point~crlf~##Fluent in English. German would be beneficial~crlf~##Ideally: Experience extracting, compiling and analyzing cost center reports from SAP and also working with the AGCS Procurement System (IBX) and Intranet (Connect)~crlf~##Ideally: experience in working at AGCS or Allianz Group~crlf~##Communication skills: Clearly and effectively express ideas and messages via speech and writing~crlf~##Presentation skills: Effectively express and display thoughts and ideas visually, using various tools~crlf~##Analytical Skills: Ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyze, study or examine data in detail, and draw appropriate conclusions~crlf~##Prioritization: ability to filter information, assess priorities and work independently~crlf~##High level of confidentiality~crlf~
