In this role you will:~crlf~ ~crlf~##Represent and act as ambassador and go-to person for AGCS on the Swedish market for large corporate insurance solutions~crlf~##Drive for profitable growth of the Swedish portfolio by winning new business and successfully retaining and developing existing business~crlf~##Act as coordinator internally in AGCS between Lines of business and support-functions to secure a holistic client approach~crlf~##Foster robust and long-term relationships with AGCS key brokers and clients and generate trust and credibility with key stakeholders at appropriate levels~crlf~##Facilitate brokers’ understanding of AGCS’ underwriting appetite and core capabilities and position AGCS as preferred insurer in its segment~crlf~##Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and build a suitable customer pipeline and develop effective opportunity roadmaps to win new clients~crlf~##Proactively lead and coordinate bids for client acquisition and renewals~crlf~##Ensure deliverables are achieved and ensure smooth transition to the operational key account team~crlf~##Proactively develop in-depth client and industry expertise, using this to challenge the client and uncover unstated needs~crlf~##Proactively engage with the Underwriting teams to exploit Upsell and Cross Sell opportunities and increase “share of wallet” with key clients ~crlf~

##Proven track record in market management activities within the Swedish large corporate insurance market~crlf~##Capable of driving strategic market management, defining client segmentation and communicating a clear value proposition~crlf~##Expert knowledge of the Swedish market; direct clients and broker landscape ~crlf~##Proven success in building long-term relationships ~crlf~##Able to proactively foster and build business opportunities, creating networks across multiple stakeholders ~crlf~##Demonstrable success in driving profitable business, maintaining and developing existing business / new business ~crlf~##Able to work and navigate in an international matrix organization, working alongside Global teams~crlf~##Strong communication skills, in both Swedish and English~crlf~##IT savvy with an eye to driving process improvement and bringing on board new digital ways of working~crlf~##Excited by a context of change, able to adapt and thrive in a context of transformation~crlf~
