Global Broker Relationship Manager
At AGCS we specialize in offering global insurance solutions for the most complex and challenging exposures. With a focus on larger global risk portfolios and major national risks, we offer tailor made ‘All Risks’ insurance and reinsurance programs through our global network.~crlf~~crlf~As part of the newly created Global Distribution team, you will report directly to our Head of Global Client/Broker Relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing our broker strategy, including pipeline and relationship management with major brokers and for steering and driving its delivery across the globe. In this role, you will also represent AGCS to build relationships with global brokers looking for solutions and other Allianz entities to ensure alignment across the Group.
In this role you will…~crlf~•~crlf~Build the AGCS strategy for a panel of selected NA brokers~crlf~•~crlf~Active participation in the global strategy set-up for brokers~crlf~•~crlf~Lead pitches in order to actively manage the pipeline of renewals and new business opportunities~crlf~•~crlf~Communicate a ‘structured’ approach in relation to our offering~crlf~•~crlf~Design, communicate and oversee the broker cycle, attempting to always add value and ensure the highest service standards are experienced ~crlf~•~crlf~Drive a relationship where we constantly challenge the boundaries and innovate to provide the most appropriate offering for our client’s ever changing needs~crlf~•~crlf~Work with Compliance and Global Broker Management teams to ensure that processes are compliant at all times~crlf~•~crlf~Work with regional Distribution teams to understand local trading environments and appetites ~crlf~~crlf~
•~crlf~You have at least 10 years’ experience in corporate insurance sales distribution~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to define and implement broker management strategies~crlf~•~crlf~A track record in fostering long term, profitable relationships at senior level ~crlf~•~crlf~Able to work in an international matrix organization~crlf~•~crlf~At ease using data and new technologies to optimize existing products and services~crlf~•~crlf~Negotiation and conflict management – ability to negotiate best position for us and our clients~crlf~•~crlf~Analyse highly complex data, from multiple sources, in detail~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to persuade and motivate others ~crlf~•~crlf~Strong communication skills~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to build and foster sustainable relationships~crlf~•~crlf~Implement tools & methodologies to develop market, competitor & client insight with knowledge and insight on global business and trends ~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to build and foster sustainable relationships both internally and externally~crlf~•~crlf~Independent, proactive and well organized, demonstrates integrity and reliable, with a "can do" attitude~crlf~~crlf~
