##Proven experience in project and team work in an international and dynamic environment, preferably in the Insurance/ Financial Services industry~crlf~##Excellent MS Office skills (in particular MS Excel) and proven experience in finance reporting/planning systems (e.g. SAP)~crlf~##Strong analytical skills incl. ability to handle and analyze large amount of data~crlf~##Fast understanding of complex issues and capability to reduce complexity~crlf~##Ability to identify and initiate appropriate actions to remediate issues that can be abstract / ambiguous and follow through on their remediation~crlf~##Ability to understand, elaborate and convey information clearly and effectively in respect to the audience / level of management (both verbal and in writing)~crlf~##Strong educational background, preferably in business administration, economics, financial mathematics or related disciplines~crlf~##Fluent in English both speaking and writing~crlf~
