Enterprise Architect (m/f/d)
Based in Munich, you are responsible for the translation of the AGCS' business strategy into IT. You are also responsible for analyzing business demands and driving forward scalable IT design decisions. You assure the implementation and integrity across delivery teams and products in close collaboration with CUO, IT and other stakeholders.~crlf~Focus of work will be on defining and introducing Product Modelling Practice to AGCS' business processes and system landscape, following APL Methodology based on Allianz SE strategy, as well as implementing and supporting the Product Development Process (PDP) and Product Lifecycle Management
In this role you will…~crlf~##Analyze business requirements and processes in particular with regard to Product Modelling, UW processes and Pricing, and force strategic design decisions by involving relevant stakeholders and senior management.~crlf~##Analyze and review business, functional and technical requirements in detail, and draw appropriate conclusions. In depth evaluation of existing architecture / systems / processes. Creation of solution concepts. Coordinate with external consultancies, Allianz Group entities and software providers whereas required##~crlf~##Develop strategic design decisions and positively influence key stakeholders across levels, locations and functions. Savvy to communicate with BoM. ~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~##Support projects in realization, monitor realization of concepts~crlf~##Continuously share best practices and approaches across teams, offering support when required. Cooperate with other AGCS teams (e.g. CUO, FinSol, IT) to ensure interoperability of solutions. ~crlf~##Jointly responsible to ensure no detrimental effects to business functions or processes due to design decisions taken and operationalized.~crlf~
##You have a degree in Information Systems, IT, Engineering or other relevant fields and professional Business & IT qualification.~crlf~##Experience of frameworks like SAFe or COBIT would be an advantage.~crlf~##Comprehensive understanding of insurance business processes, applications, systems, technologies, analogous to AGCS Global IT platforms~crlf~##Data modelling expertise~crlf~##Knowledge of software development processes and workflows. Ability to create documentation to support software design, development, and testing ~crlf~##Expert experience in process analysis with resulting functional specifications design, focus on Product Modelling, Pricing and UW processes.~crlf~##Highly organized, capable to implement a detailed project schedule, flexibility to manage multiple priorities, communicating effectively with project stakeholders##~crlf~##Confidently express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally. Comfortable presenting complex ideas to BoM and Senior Management.~crlf~##Fluent in English~crlf~
