At AGCS our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business to deliver a best-in-class support and counsel service to our managers.~crlf~ ~crlf~Reporting directly to our Head of Global Rewards & Performance, you will be a subject matter expert and topic owner for Performance Management, Grading, and Compensation topics and act as a deputy with having key responsibilities for the strategic topics in this fields. You lead or contribute to significant global projects/initiatives, including conceptual design, evaluation, and preparation of Board / AGCS Compensation Committee decisions. You will drive the re-design and harmonization of processes, policies, guidelines and be responsible for the implementation. You act as a known expert, providing guidance and consulting to Board, Senior Management and regional HR teams on different programs, tools, analyses and processes.

In this role you will…~crlf~ ~crlf~##Develop, design and manage HR R&P process globally (>25 countries, 4200 employees), based on Allianz Group and AGCS Board direction, including topics such as: ~crlf~ ~crlf~-Performance Management: drive global annual review cycle (year-end / mid-year / priority setting) and global Multi-Rater feedback process for respective population; coordinate with AZ Group HR, Board and AGCS stakeholders as needed~crlf~-Grading: Develop and lead grading of senior executive roles, new global roles, reference role maintenance/calibration processes, consult business, job descriptions etc.~crlf~-Compensation: support the global head in various compensation topics and lead ad-hoc projects. ~crlf~-Own/drive global tools (e.g., Success Factors for Talent/PM etc.)~crlf~ ~crlf~##Identify/define strategy and priorities for global rewards & performance topics~crlf~##Act as a subject matter expert/topic owner and consult with the Board Members, Senior Leaders and Regional Heads of HR ~crlf~##Drive/Define/improve, harmonize and simplify global processes, tools and guidelines~crlf~##Prepare for and support the global functional head with all necessary committees/governance bodies~crlf~##Define and develop marketing/roll-out plan globally and activities for global R&P change projects ~crlf~##Lead all global communication initiatives for own area~crlf~##Manage/coordinate within a virtual team comprised of local/regional HR colleagues ~crlf~

##You have a degree (ideally Master) in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related field~crlf~##You have at least 5 years of experience in R&P in a global organization, specifically Performance Management and Compensation~crlf~##You have the experience in working in a matrix organization with a virtual team environment supporting on multiple locations~crlf~##Experience in projects/process and change management~crlf~##Ability to analyze complex data from multiple sources (e.g., detailed compensation calculations, complex global processes, conflicting info, etc.), make a judgment based on the data and communicate this to the business, specifically senior management and Board Members. ~crlf~##With excellent communication skills, you are proactive, diplomatic and able to build relationships with people at every level of the global organization~crlf~##Required languages: English~crlf~
