Adjusting Entertainment Auto Physical Damage claims under the Short Tail tower of AGCS. Proactively investigate, negotiate and resolve standard claims within the standard claims unit in O'Fallon, MO. Responsible for in-house adjusting. Ensure claims are handled within authority limits and in line with AGCS Claims Standards procedures and guidelines. Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and clients, as well as internal business partners. Provide efficient claims handling within team while working with third party services providers in achieving economical results and to provide a high quality service to all internal and external relationships.

##Investigation and Reserving of Claims~crlf~##Investigate high volume claims that involve non-complex issues on APD claims associated with Entertainment programs acting with the utmost integrity and confidentiality of sensitive matters~crlf~##Evaluate, complete a liability investigation and address coverage issues and determine appropriate reserving levels~crlf~##Select and direct independent external service providers (e.g. Independent Adjusters, Experts)~crlf~##Negotiate and resolve claims ensuring cost effective, service orientated solutions~crlf~##Ensure claims are settled in accordance with settlement guidelines~crlf~##Drive effective subrogation processes~crlf~##Ensure all claims handled within authority limits, and in line with AGCS Claims complex procedures and guidelines~crlf~##Refer cases outside of authority level, preparing referral documentation and materials as appropriate~crlf~##Support establishment of claims management procedures on new business accounts in association with clients, brokers and loss adjusters ~crlf~##Proactively support acquisition of new business and retention of existing business ~crlf~##Proactively liaise with underwriters on market management initiatives~crlf~##Attend industry functions.~crlf~##Positively represent AGCS externally to the market~crlf~##Proactively drive involvement of functional areas in Claims handling process, e.g. Underwriting, Operations~crlf~##Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and clients, as well as other relevant stakeholders (e.g. third-party adjusters)~crlf~##Effectively report and present complex and contentious loss and claims information internally and externally~crlf~~crlf~

##College Degree~crlf~##Insurance industry designations~crlf~##1-3 years of experience and a detailed understanding of the claims handling process from notification to settlement and recovery~crlf~##Demonstrable, stablished relationships with brokers and well established within the local market~crlf~##In-depth understanding of regional/local Mid-Corp/Property insurance markets and competitor landscape preferred.~crlf~##Multi-lingual preferred~crlf~##Detailed understanding of claims products, wordings terms and conditions and coverages~crlf~##Knowledge of reserving principles and practices~crlf~##Solid Analytical, negotiation and conflict management skills. ~crlf~##Experience with general office application tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)~crlf~##Solid written and verbal communication skills.~crlf~~crlf~
