Change Manager (m/f/d) – temporary January 2021 (Part-time max. 80 % or Full-time)
The Change Manager will work independently to help deliver and embed Business Readiness incl. Change Management activities to ensure successful deployment of global programs and initiatives. Through the application of business change techniques, this highly skilled change manager will work with the program and closely with the business to identify required changes, the nature and level of change impact on the business, and will ensure business readiness for change and that program objectives and business benefits are delivered. It requires working across the whole organization to ensure effective adoption of new skills, enabling employees to successfully deliver business results.
In this role you will….~crlf~ ~crlf~##Work closely with the program to ensure that there is a clear and compelling vision, and change strategy in place, with clearly defined benefits~crlf~##Work with the management team to identify opportunities for change and help drive them through to completion~crlf~##Use change management, process management and program management toolkits to identify, scope, value and deliver lasting organizational & technical change~crlf~##Plan and structure Business Readiness workstream & activities ~crlf~##Manage effective communications across the projects/program~crlf~##Deliver change projects that positively impact customer and employee satisfaction~crlf~##Provide progress reports and deliver updates to management team~crlf~##Deliver internal training to ensure the organization develop the skills to manage change effectively ~crlf~##Work with the business users/change agents to support them in training and transitioning solutions into BAU~crlf~##Deliver Business Readiness and Change Management Consultancy when needed ~crlf~
You will have….~crlf~ ~crlf~##Gained experience as a Change Manager/Business Readiness Manager on a large data warehouse, business intelligence or data analytics project in multinational companies~crlf~##Practical apply AGILE methodology for delivery of technology and operational change, and benefits delivery~crlf~##Has sound knowledge of the principles and concepts that underpin change management and can advise on a ‘good practice approach’ to business change~crlf~##Significant Project Management experience, with particular evidence of successful delivery and of being able to manage multiple work streams/projects concurrently~crlf~##Fully competent at planning, risk management, and dependency-management~crlf~##Experience of operational delivery in a complex, time critical environment~crlf~##Excellent organizational skills and expertise in managing teams, budgets and deadlines~crlf~##Be able to develop and sustain relationships at all levels in an organization, with ability to influence others and move toward a common vision~crlf~##Communicate in a clear, conscious and structured way (written and verbal) at all levels including providing progress reports & updated plans to the senior stakeholders~crlf~##Have a sound analytical capability and the ability to make effective timely decisions~crlf~##Self-motivated and able to work independently, and under own initiative with a sense of ownership and accountability ~crlf~##Fluent in German and English (able to negotiate)~crlf~
