Benelux Sales Support and Marketing Officer
As part of New AGCS, the recently created Regional Distribution unit is recruiting a Sales Support & Marketing Officer for the Benelux countries of the Mediterranean and Africa region (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy and South Africa).~crlf~ ~crlf~This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a role that covers most aspects of Distribution.~crlf~ ~crlf~Reporting to, and working in close collaboration with our Regional Marketing & Sales Support Manager who is responsible for all Marketing & Sales Support activities in the region, you will also partner with the Distribution Managers for Belgium and the Netherlands on the following topics:~crlf~##Broker relationships~crlf~##Sales analysis & Sales planning~crlf~##Business analysis~crlf~##Marketing & Customer experience~crlf~##Events~crlf~##Sales development
For the Benelux countries of AGCS, you will be in charge of the following topics:~crlf~ ~crlf~Distribution and Sales strategy & planning~crlf~##Local steering of SalesForce CRM and data quality~crlf~##Steering of local Sales planning~crlf~ ~crlf~Broker relations in the region :~crlf~##Compliance~crlf~##Monitoring of commissions~crlf~##Act as “first port of call” for key brokers’ enquiries~crlf~##Follow-up of activities in line with the broker strategy~crlf~ ~crlf~Business Analysis~crlf~##Collection of data, analysis and reporting on sales figures for the Benelux countries~crlf~##Daily support and coordination for Belgium and Netherlands Distribution managers~crlf~##Quality control~crlf~ ~crlf~Marketing~crlf~##Market studies, customer and broker satisfaction surveys~crlf~##Support and follow-up of marketing activities for the Benelux~crlf~##Fulfilment of marketing needs as expressed by internal business partners~crlf~ ~crlf~Event management~crlf~##Planning and organization of events throughout the year~crlf~##Budgetary follow-up~crlf~ ~crlf~Sales development~crlf~##Exploration of business opportunities for AGCS in the Luxemburg market~crlf~ ~crlf~The above tasks will be performed in alignment with the Regional manager and coordinated with the Distribution Managers from both the Belgian and Dutch AGCS entities.~crlf~
##Ideally several years of insurance experience~crlf~##Ideally educated to Degree or Masters level~crlf~##Fluent English and French, with excellent communication skills. Dutch language a plus~crlf~##Experience in project management~crlf~##Versatility and keen team player~crlf~##At ease in a cross-cultural and international context (even remote)~crlf~##Comfortable handling data and with new technologies~crlf~##Excellent relationship management and driven by customer satisfaction~crlf~##Analytical skills: ability to organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy~crlf~##Agile mindset, with adaptability to change~crlf~
