The Audit Principal is an experienced senior expert role without people management responsibility, but acts as the “center of competence” within the Global Internal Audit community for their area of expertise and ultimately improves audit proficiency. This position brings in technical "know-how" to the Global Internal Audit team in the areas of Corporate Reserving, Pricing, Portfolio Analytics, etc. Strong technical skills coupled with agility mindset and uncompromised integrity is fundamental to each auditor’s success.
##Audit Practice and Quality Management: ~crlf~- Perform in-depth risk assessments of quantitative business areas such as Corporate Reserving, Pricing, Risk Capital/Quantitative Risk Management, Portfolio Analysis, etc. Formulate audit methodologies accordingly. ~crlf~- Act as “center of competence” and technical advisor for the Global Internal Audit team for areas noted above. ~crlf~- Lead complex audit assignments, define risk-based audit approach and oversee audit execution end to end. ~crlf~- Identify process gaps and opportunities of process improvement and contribute to the NEW AGCS turn-around. Collaborate with business stakeholders to formulate appropriate business solutions. ~crlf~- Perform follow up of audit recommendations and verify resolution. ~crlf~- Establish enterprise view of key risks, controls, and processes along the insurance value chain. ~crlf~##Relationship Management~crlf~- Establish on-going information exchange with key business stakeholders and represent the Global Internal Audit team for cross-functional projects as appropriate. ~crlf~- Promote firm-wide risk culture through value adding audit services as well as on-going business exchange. ~crlf~- Communicate effectively with all level of management within the organization. ~crlf~~crlf~
##Minimum 5-7 years professional experience in the Insurance industry preferably in Reserving, Portfolio Steering, Risk Management or related functions. ~crlf~##Education background in Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science is preferred. ACAS / FCAS certified or qualification from internationally recognized actuarial association is a plus. ~crlf~##Strong intellectual and analytical skills with solid understanding of Insurance value chains.~crlf~##Excellent communication skills being able to deliver critical messages in potential adversarial situation and achieve “win-win” with business stakeholders.~crlf~##Programming skill is a plus (e.g. SAS, R, SQL and VBA)~crlf~##Appreciation of global team culture ~crlf~~crlf~
