BT teams are truly global, based in North America, across Europe and Asia.~crlf~ ~crlf~In this role, you will be part of the global Agile Community of Practice (ACP), reporting directly to the Global Practice Head of Central Portfolio Office. Your main focus is to promote agile awareness and enhance an agile mindset to improve our business outcomes while creating a highly collaborative, learning organization. You will be part of an exciting journey to help the organization to become agile and deliver value to the customers and our business. The agile approach is one key enabler for AGCS in our digitalization strategy.
In this role you will…~crlf~##Design and develop agile processes and practices to create a culture of collaboration and learning and actively demonstrate an agile mindset and agile ways of working in your daily activities~crlf~##Provide training, coaching & mentoring to teams and leadership (including Agile Release Trains)~crlf~##Contribute to the Agile Community of Practice and bring best practices from the worldwide Agile community into AGCS and coach others to apply system thinking and a value based approach focusing their attention on customer outcomes~crlf~##Act as a Change Agent and as part of the team leading and supporting other teams and individuals in their agile and lean journey. This includes e.g. providing an environment to enable the team to find solutions and embrace ideas that help grow our business~crlf~##Embrace servant leadership and coach practice members, sets of teams and the organization~crlf~##Provide technical excellence by developing and maintaining an understanding of the Allianz common scaling frameworks as well as implementing lean/agile processes that are repeatable, sustainable and increase operational efficiencies~crlf~##Work with others to implement improvement processes across the enterprise designed to enable organizational ability to rapidly respond to upcoming challenges ~crlf~
##You have a degree in Business Administration or similar. Professional training qualification preferred (CSM, PSM, Agile Coaching)~crlf~##Practical experience of SAFE framework and methodology and how this is applied in organizations moving towards Agile delivery approaches~crlf~##You have completed at minimum the SAFE Program Consultant (SPC) training and certification~crlf~##At least 1 year of experience as a Coach supporting delivery teams that are applying SAFE methodology~crlf~##Agile project management experience and expertise in change management~crlf~##Proven track of record in cross-cultural and international work~crlf~##You have an understanding of complexities inherent in an insurance group allowing for cross-departmental thinking and acting~crlf~##Excellent training, moderation and facilitation skills ~crlf~##Experience in coaching teams on several levels in agile adoption and Allianz common agile frameworks and methods ~crlf~##You embrace agile working and engage in constant learning, to adapt to different customer needs~crlf~##You are proactive and able to drive topics forward with excellent communication and presentation skills~crlf~##Good quality and risk management skills~crlf~##Fluent English. Additional languages would be a plus~crlf~
