    ##The Information IT Integration Architecture Lead is responsible for driving a cohesive IT Enterprise Architecture from an strongly data usage driven perspective. This is accomplished by translating business strategy and objectives into conceptual and high level data architectures constituted of a well-defined & consistent data lineage/business data thesaurus across the application landscape connected by interfaces and mappings for data/Information flows. Additionally, technical & legal challenges for AGCS as a globally operating company in terms of data access, data residency and Information privacy in an increasingly centralized IT target landscape will have to be addressed.~crlf~ ~crlf~Future Challenges:~crlf~##With new set up in 2018 of the OBT Business Solutions Architecture Team there is the need to establish working relationships and to grow collaboration with Business Architecture counterparts. Furthermore, there will be the need to identify and leverage opportunities for AGCS in the Allianz group initiatives around digitalization and utilization of big data together with value adding information flows. In line with business strategy and with continuous growth and consolidation Information Architecture would be key to ensuring data migration and prevailing information flows are architecturally robust.

  • Responsabilidades

    Enterprise Architecture:~crlf~##Liaise with the business and other stakeholders in the organisation to evaluate business data requirements and to develop and drive an understanding of the target data architecture.~crlf~##Conduct design reviews and analyse overall system landscape in respect to databases, data models, data flows and data consolidation. ~crlf~##Work closely with OBT business (resp. data) architects as well as other areas within IT to judge which solutions are right / realistic considering legal, budget and technology constraints. ~crlf~##Design conceptual and technical designs based on data requirements and domain specialization. When required, advise IT projects.~crlf~ ~crlf~Documentation:~crlf~##Develop documentation addressing/visualizing end-to-end architectural solution designs - for example presentations, functional information and reporting requirements, database structures, data models and data lineage along downstream data flows, data storage, historization & encryption requirements, etc. ~crlf~##Maintain documentation on a regular basis and be accountable for the quality and completeness.~crlf~##Communicate (and/or train as necessary) on documentation content.~crlf~ ~crlf~Information collection and analysis:~crlf~##Investigate data-related business requirements and processes, standards and/or guidelines (including AGCS as well as Group IT standards) to determine consequences for the IT design of data pools and data interfaces across the AGCS IT landscape and with external data providers.~crlf~##Evaluate existing data-related business capabilities along their processes and applications, when required.~crlf~##Conduct ad-hoc as well as regular analysis on data-related business requirements for IT systems, documentation, processes, data, etc. proactively. Report to IT management on results.~crlf~ ~crlf~Informational IT Architecture Design:~crlf~##Support and proactively work with stakeholders to build a holistic view of AGCS's information assets and the underlying strategic and business requirements as well as processes. ~crlf~##Assess projects, business requirements, and present architectural recommendations that are in line with the AGCS strategic vision and wider best practice. ~crlf~##Act as the subject matter expert on data and information architectural directions. Perform peer reviews on design of data/information collected which are transformed and kept in the AGCS IT application landscape. To actively promote & enforce compliance with agreed enterprise (data) architecture principles to facilitate Information flows.~crlf~ ~crlf~Stakeholder Management:~crlf~##Proactively work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders especially on the business/OBT side (as well as within IT, strategic vendors / outsource partners, external data providers, etc.) to deliver consultancy and service.~crlf~##Coordinate with other functions as necessary.~crlf~ ~crlf~Enterprise Models:~crlf~##Support the Head of IT Enterprise Architecture, the IT Integration Architecture Head and the team with the development of i.e. an enterprise architecture framework and data model, resp. other concepts applicable to business and IT needs, consolidating input from all stakeholders. To define and manage the architecture frameworks (i.e. for infrastructure & application component and information/data), participate in governance bodies such as the "Architecture Review Board", whilst supporting the development of a reasonable Business and IT Enterprise Architecture vision
