    ##Manage all claim related matters and reinsurance activities ~crlf~##Assist in supporting product development for the team to achieve their objectives, targets and missions

  • Responsabilidades

    ##Manage all classes of claims and recovery~crlf~##Exercise prudence in the processing and approving of claims~crlf~##Supporting Projects and Initiatives (Marketing, Process, Product, System Setup and Enhancement) for all products~crlf~##Discuss and escalate complex cases for review and decision~crlf~##Involve in efficiency projects to enhance claims processes~crlf~##To coordinate and liaise with bank / customer / externals on claims matters~crlf~##Undertake assignment / Tasks as instructed by immediate supervisor, HOD and Management~crlf~##Any other duties as and when deemed necessary~crlf~##Oversee TPA operation and claims assessment~crlf~##Assess pre-authorization medical claims promptly~crlf~##Adjudicate medical claims (mainly for In-patient claims) and provide guidance on claim assessment to the service partner~crlf~##Support on external & internal training to the service partner regarding to claims adjudication protocols and product knowledge~crlf~##Update claims guideline on specific medical issue regularly~crlf~##Ensure that service level for customer service and claims delivery are met~crlf~##Monitoring the TAT of claims~crlf~##Prepare ad-hoc projects and reports to manager

    ##Good insurance knowledge and 3 – 5 years of experience in Health claims handling for this role is preferred~crlf~##Diploma or above and/ or Professional qualification~crlf~##Good analytical and problem solving skills~crlf~##Open-minded, proactive, receptive to new ideas and cope well with changes ~crlf~##Strong communication skills; able to communicate well with the internal team, customers and partners ~crlf~##Good interpersonal skills including Proactive and Positive Attitude towards learning and sharing with team members~crlf~##Good working knowledge of MS Office software applications ~crlf~##Good spoken and written communication skills in both English & Chinese
