  • Responsabilidades

    Regional Strategy~crlf~##Develop, define and execute local strategy (based on AGCS global and regional strategy) to drive profitable growth and a leading market position~crlf~##Proactively drive involvement of all functional areas in execution of Country strategy~crlf~Strategic Market Management~crlf~##Drive proactive planning and management of the sales pipeline, liaising MMC and Underwriting as appropriate~crlf~##Develop AGCS as partner of choice and raise AGCS profile in the Country~crlf~##Identify local market opportunities, including potential markets, target segments and clients~crlf~##Develop and maintain a current and comprehensive client and industry segment insight~crlf~Lead and Manage Team~crlf~##Lead and manage local Country team~crlf~##Manage cost center budgets within plan~crlf~##Communicate new roles and responsibilities within TOM~crlf~##Manage the matrix organizational requirements primarily between UW and Sales (i.e. market, products)~crlf~Deliver Local Financial Targets~crlf~##Lead local Country functions to deliver top and bottom line targets~crlf~##Proactively support acquisition of new business and retention of existing business (including client and broker negotiations where necessary)~crlf~##Successfully increase AGCS "Size of Wallet", meeting Upsell and Cross Sell targets~crlf~Compliance~crlf~##Ensure legal & regulatory compliance for regional / local operations and be the legal representative (of the area of responsibility)~crlf~Relationship Management~crlf~##Positively represent AGCS internally within the Allianz Group, and externally to the market~crlf~##Proactively foster robust relationships with top and key clients and key broking partners at appropriate levels~crlf~Driving AGCS Culture~crlf~##Proactively promote and enhance a high performance culture in all areas of responsibility (best talent, high engagement, change, high performance, positive matrix attitude)~crlf~##Develop and maintain AGCS culture and values with all staff~crlf~##Ensure that, on an operational level, the local organization functions as an effective team
