    At AGCS our Global Sales Planning & Governance team manages initiatives to support local, regional and global stakeholders on Market Management- and Sales-related activities.~crlf~ ~crlf~Reporting to the Global Head of Sales Planning & Governance and based in Munich, you will support the team to ensure the efficient implementation of AGCS’ Global Sales Governance Framework and related Sales Reporting activities.

  • Responsabilidades

    In this role you will…~crlf~##Work together with the regional and local Market Management teams to translate the Global Sales Governance framework into local execution by maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including (but not limited to) Market Management, Underwriting, Claims and Legal & Compliance. ~crlf~##Monitor and execute Sales Governance controls and ensure their adherence on local and regional level.~crlf~##Ensure effective preparation and implementation of Market Management Business Review activities.~crlf~##Conduct analyses and provide business information & metrics to key stakeholders on local, regional and global level incl. engaging in data quality activities.~crlf~##Proactively support the implementation of (strategic) initiatives and engage in project work as required.~crlf~##Oversee, coordinate and execute selected administrative tasks within the Global Sales Planning & Governance team.

    ##You have a degree in Business, Economics or similar subject~crlf~##First professional experience in a Corporate and international context~crlf~##You have an understanding of insurance terms~crlf~##You are familiar with project management, ranging from individual tasks to large complex projects~crlf~##Capable of leveraging data and analytics to make business more efficient and effective~crlf~##Excellent relational skills and able to present in front of an audience~crlf~##You work analytically and with structure and you’re able to work autonomously~crlf~##You have an affinity for technology and engage in constant learning, to adapt to internal and external customer needs~crlf~##You are familiar with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce.com)~crlf~##Fluent in English, German as a plus
