    To support the UK / RoI Head of Legal & Compliance in delivering a full service legal and compliance department and to deputise in his / her absence, including;

  • Responsabilidades

    ##Providing legal advice on matters affecting the company and its clients and customers (this may include sourcing and/or obtaining external legal advice). ~crlf~##Supporting for the Regulatory Compliance function at the Irish BU.~crlf~##Advising the Company of any impending change in law to ensure that the Company is always compliant with legislation in relation to the legal construction of its business.~crlf~##Ensuring contracts or heads of agreement are up to date and signed by both the client and representatives of the Company in line with corporate procedure, providing support to the Sales teams, in drafting contracts from the initial contract award to completion. ~crlf~##Assisting the Compliance Officers to ensure that all contracts and insurance products include any relevant changes and amendments take into account the ever changing FCA regulatory requirements.~crlf~##Supporting the implementation and monitoring of the Group’s general compliance programmes assist with the provision of training (internal or external; online or classroom) for the Company and Irish BU.~crlf~##Accompanying the Sales team when required to meetings with clients where their Legal Representative may be in attendance to ensure that the Company’s best interests and reputation are maintained.~crlf~~crlf~Additional responsibilities: ~crlf~##Assist with communication and registration with regulators, including the Jersey Financial Services Commission;~crlf~##Support and / or manage AWP group project implementations, such as Brexit – and related projects & preparation; applications; contracts etc
