Learning and Development Advisor
The Learning Advisor is responsible for analysing, recommending, and managing the delivery of learning and development plans to support Allianz France managers and align the solutions with business needs.~crlf~~crlf~As ‘Key Account Manager’, he/she will be in charge of a specific population to deliver and follow the training plan in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
The Learning Advisor’s key responsibilities are to:~crlf~~crlf~- Identify learning needs in his/her perimeter of responsibilities and match business needs and targets with learning~crlf~& development solutions and in coherence with the budget perspectives.~crlf~~crlf~- Drive local, regional and global learning & development initiatives, including strategic planning, forecasting, and end-to-end program management~crlf~~crlf~- Assist with the management, design and implementation of roll out plans in line with the Business, HR strategy and AllianzU global priorities:~crlf~~crlf~. Learning Needs Analysis~crlf~. Learning architecture & may design and develop learning solutions~crlf~. Prepare and manage with wider team and purchase department the call- tenders~crlf~. Roll-out the plan with the support of HR Operations ~crlf~. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning & development programs, demonstrating an impact for implemented programs~crlf~~crlf~- Ensure that we deliver a great employee experience through innovative & best-in-class solutions~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~- Work with the Learning Advisor Manager & the wider team to enable a cohesive delivery of learning & development initiatives across the business; participate in global and regional projects or initiatives as assigned~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~- Participate and lead some transverse activities regarding local priorities such as new training law, labor relations or workforce job and resources planning~crlf~~crlf~
- Human Resources, Business, or related university undergraduate degree~crlf~- Minimum of 5 years corporate learning & development experience, working experience in all areas of Learning (e.g. technology, instruction, methods, measurement) and project management~crlf~- Experience & knowledge of French Labour law would be a plus~crlf~- Working knowledge of learning strategies, adult learning principles, practices and the tools / approaches, latest trends~crlf~- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English language~crlf~- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, e.g. HRBP’s, Business Leaders, & Workers Council and influence outcomes to drive the learning priorities~crlf~- Strong business acumen to ensure that development initiatives are practical and can drive real business value~crlf~- Excellent customer service skills~crlf~~crlf~
