Senior HR Business Partner, Singapore
The Senior HR Business Partner reports directly to the Chief Executive Officers of our 2 new Entities and will be responsible for providing outstanding service, high quality advice and solutions to help the business build and maintain an effective workforce, performing at its best. This role is required to act as an internal HR business partner and effectively partner with people leaders and the CEO to design and implement people plans and processes that align with the overall business strategy.
•~crlf~Drive strategic manpower planning and budgeting~crlf~•~crlf~Lead the aggressive recruitment plan in the early setup phase~crlf~•~crlf~Proactively expand talent network and do comprehensive talent mapping~crlf~•~crlf~Work closely with line managers and business managers, providing HR advice on various HR matters, compliances, and risk management issues~crlf~•~crlf~Design overall rewards programs (both monetary and non-monetary) to recruit and retain talent~crlf~•~crlf~Establish high performance culture with open mindset and results orientation ~crlf~•~crlf~Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs~crlf~•~crlf~Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital~crlf~•~crlf~Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management~crlf~•~crlf~Nurture a positive working environment~crlf~•~crlf~Establish team culture and act as a Coach for employees and line management~crlf~•~crlf~Create positive employee experience~crlf~~crlf~
•~crlf~Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Management~crlf~•~crlf~Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English.~crlf~•~crlf~Experience in global organizations, with a good understanding of working the matrix structure & Singapore labour law.~crlf~•~crlf~Experienced working in Start-up environment ~crlf~•~crlf~Proficient with SAP, Successfactor, MS Word and Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table is needed)~crlf~•~crlf~Self-motivated individual who displays a “can-do” pro-active style and desire to provide excellent service to customers.~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment.~crlf~•~crlf~Resilience to deal with a fast paced, highly demanding client group.~crlf~•~crlf~Competency in multi-tasking is critical.~crlf~•~crlf~Business-oriented and entrepreneurship mind set.~crlf~•~crlf~Resourceful, good team player~crlf~~crlf~
