Support AZAP office manager in day-to-day coordination and procurement activities to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies~crlf~- Main liaison between vendors and AZAP employee on all office administration matters~crlf~- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary~crlf~- Support budgeting and reporting procedures~crlf~- Assist colleagues in office administrative tasks whenever necessary~crlf~- Maintain and ensure timely update of information in intranet portal~crlf~- Assist in regional office travel program implementation~crlf~
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)~crlf~- Reliable, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and proactive team player~crlf~- Ability to work under pressure, independent and willing to go the extra mile~crlf~- Meticulous, organised, perseverant and good communication skill~crlf~- Basic AV/ IT skills and knowledge~crlf~- Basic facility management knowledge~crlf~- Problem solving~crlf~- Pleasant but assertive~crlf~
