•~crlf~Degree in IT or equivalent~crlf~•~crlf~ITIL certification or knowledge would be a plus~crlf~•~crlf~Minimum 5 years of experience in:~crlf~o~crlf~IT Application Development & Maintenance~crlf~o~crlf~Vendors Management (Service level monitoring, tracking, actions plan definition and follow up)~crlf~o~crlf~Cross-cultural and international work experience~crlf~•~crlf~Strong Communication & Presentation~crlf~•~crlf~Inquiry skills, constructive feedback & conflict resolution~crlf~•~crlf~Leadership & decision making~crlf~•~crlf~Good knowledge of Infrastructure concepts required to deal with infrastructure services providers.
