We are searching for a dynamic talent to join our Singapore business team, to drive the bancassurance distribution strategy efforts for the entity. The incumbent will be a key member in this team working closely with other major stakeholders to support the growth strategies of the entity.~crlf~~crlf~The role is instrumental in managing the local bancassurance team by driving sales, behaviour and exceeding targets set by the division while maintaining relationships with their partner counterparts as they upholding Allianz compliant culture.

•~crlf~Full P&L responsibility for the Bancassurance Channel in our new Singapore business~crlf~•~crlf~Devise and execute customer/product propositions/strategies to increase growth within Retail, Commercial and Private bank segments~crlf~•~crlf~Develop strong relationships with bank partners, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, to support growth across Face to Face, Call Centre and Digital Sales ~crlf~•~crlf~Manage a sales team of BDM's to support our existing partnership sales objectives and also develop a pipeline of new bancassurance opportunities. This includes request to assist, facilitate or coordinate segment activities such as seminars or workshops to improve the take up of our products and services~crlf~•~crlf~Work closely with our Call Centre Manager to improve how we deliver an exceptional customer experience for sales and service within the bancassurance customer pool, including areas such as communication, education of TSRs on new products, change of regulatory parameters and the latest sales campaigns~crlf~•~crlf~Coordinate a marketing program for our partnerships that will cross segments and channels within the bank, including non-bancassurance and cross sell activities~crlf~•~crlf~Ensure all areas of existing partnership SLA's and other contractual objectives including compliance are met and actively managed~crlf~~crlf~

•~crlf~Degree in Finance/Business/Banking or relevant fields of studies.~crlf~•~crlf~Minimum 10 years of relevant prior bancassurance channel/sales experience required, in which at least 5 years of experience in managing bancassurance. ~crlf~•~crlf~Proficient in Property & Casualty bancassurance sales model, both specialist and banker sales.~crlf~•~crlf~Must have experience in managing a team.~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent track record in delivering sales and a good team player.~crlf~•~crlf~Analytical and strong problem solving abilities.~crlf~•~crlf~Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal).~crlf~•~crlf~Great interpersonal skills; ability to engage and build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders.~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to identify business gaps and propose solutions to improve/increase production.~crlf~•~crlf~An aptitude to negotiate and influence a better understanding of the business.~crlf~•~crlf~CMFAS certification Module 5, 8, 8A, 9, 9A & HI (Preferred).~crlf~•~crlf~Relevant experience in the retail sales models, also commercial or private banking segments.~crlf~•~crlf~Professional advisory certification such as CFP, ChFC, STEP is a bonus.~crlf~~crlf~
