Reporting directly to Head of Operations, this role will be responsible to ensure all facilities and materials well provided and well managed in Allianz Vietnam Office.~crlf~~crlf~Facilities Management~crlf~~crlf~•~crlf~Be responsibilities for facilities operations, maintenance, upkeep, vendor management, security and support equipment and systems of Allianz Vietnam Office.~crlf~•~crlf~In charge of Infrastructure and Facility strategies, policies, systems, planning~crlf~•~crlf~Oversee the procurement of contract services, coordination of contractor execution activities to maintain the facility and cleaning services.~crlf~•~crlf~Be responsible for development of systems, procedures, and tools to adequately control the facility operations, appearance and maintenance.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~Materials Management~crlf~~crlf~•~crlf~Manage receipts, inventory management, packaging and waste handling for office’s materials.~crlf~•~crlf~Oversight and coordinate of materials to support office’s operations. Oversees or executes sourcing, vendor qualification, expediting and acceptance of materials and equipment.~crlf~•~crlf~Manage the physical inventory to include accountability, expiry, quarantine and reject processes.~crlf~~crlf~

•~crlf~Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technical / Maintenance or combination of technical education, training, and experience.~crlf~•~crlf~At least 8 - 10 years of experience managing facilities operations and maintenance staff in an environment with a variety of building types (warehouse, offices,..)~crlf~•~crlf~Experience with materials inventory management systems.~crlf~•~crlf~Previous managerial experience in leading a nationwide team~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to establish effective ongoing relationships with staff, vendors and departments.~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to coordinate daily activities including work scheduling, quality assurance, program validation, monitoring of maintenance activities, and supervision of personnel.~crlf~•~crlf~Demonstrated experience working with subcontractors/vendors and demonstrated ability to monitor project activities and ensure compliance with internal/external regulations.~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to follow written and verbal directions and communicate those instructions to others.~crlf~•~crlf~Good English skills to communicate with expats (including line manager key stakeholders)
