We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a Business Developer Wholesale (f/m/d) with a high degree of intrinsic self-motivation, the ability to work independently but is a strong, loyal team-player. Within this exciting role you will be part of an energetic and dynamic team to help us build out our past successes.



Key responsibilities:


  • Promote the entire range of AllianzGI’s investment offerings to Banks, Multi-Family Offices and independent Wealth Managers

  • You will cover the German-speaking part of Switzerland, extending the territory to French- and Italian-speaking Switzerland depending on your profile

  • Active participation in the strategy setting of the Swiss Wholesale Business of AllianzGI

  • Coordinate and devise events, marketing campaigns and other initiatives to help promote AllianzGI and its focus offering

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Client Servicing, Product Specialists, Portfolio Management, Marketing, Products, etc.) to devise and deliver a flawless experience for clients


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience


  • University degree or equivalent, professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, AZEK, etc.) are beneficial

  • Ideally 3 - 5+ years of sales experience in asset management, private banking, advisory sales, a product specialist role or similar roles

  • Successful sales record (knowledge of how to find and close deals)

  • Proficiency in German and English is required, French and/or Italian are beneficial

  • Customer focused and solution-oriented personality as well as a great teammate with a hands-on mentality

  • Capability to optimally present and position investment products and strategies in front of professional investors

  • A self-starter, eager for success and ready to make the next step in their career with a high degree of autonomy, who can successfully work under minimal direction and guidance
