Allianz Technology in Vienna is looking for a

PMO Specialist (f/m/d)

Your RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Assisting strategic initiatives with analysis, reports and administrative support
  • Supporting and guiding the agile teams as well as cross-organizational activities
  • Defining and maintaining operational KPIs
  • Controlling and number based reporting
  • Preparing reports and presentations for the management board
  • Communication interface to internal and external stakeholders
  • Organization and moderation of events & workshops

 

 

Our REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Finished IT / Economics related study or similar discipline
  • Working experience in Consulting or PMO within IT sector a plus
  • Ability to think critically, strong communication skills, agile mindset
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual capabilities
  • Willingness to constantly learn, highly motivated, and not afraid of getting things done
  • Flexibility to travel (only to be considered in cases where it is safe to do so)
  • Professional use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English (C1 at least)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Start date: by arrangement | Regular working hours: 38.5 | Usual place of work: Vienna

 

Salary: from EUR 45.000.- - EUR 55.000.- gross per year (a higher salary could be considered depending on the specific qualifications, experience and skills)
