  • You will accompany, support, and shape our agile transformation journey
  • Help our agile teams and closely collaborate with our Product Owners to iteratively improve our Core insurance platform and deliver the best insurance solution to our customers worldwide
  • Ensure teams follow the defined Agile processes and methodology while actively managing the scrum processes
  • Collaborate with our global business stakeholders to understand and drive new business ideas
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops to align on solutions
  • Contribute to the establishment of team norms/agreements, like "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done", and enforce the agreements accordingly
  • Resolve impediments, facilitate communication and promote collaboration within and across teams to support value delivery and Sprint commitments






  • 3+ years working experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach
  • Background in working with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus
  • Understanding of Agile Software development processes and organizations
  • Willingness to constantly learn, highly motivated, and not afraid of getting things done
  • Interest in modern system architectures like event-based architecture, domain-driven design, micro-services, etc.
  • Fluency in English (C1 at least), German language skills are an advantage





Start date: by arrangement | Regular working hours: 38.5 | Usual place of work: Vienna

Salary: from EUR 45.000.- to 60.000.- gross per year (depending on the specific qualifications, experience and skills)
