The Workplace Services Department is responsible for global end-to-end operations of Allianz workplace services including Allianz Virtual Client, End Devices (Notebooks, Thin Clients, Mobile Phones), File Services, Print Service, Mailing, Intranet and Service Desk. The department is currently being transformed to work in an agile way to drive the constant high delivery quality and timeliness.


The workplace area has extended its services portfolio to also cover meeting room equipment for all offices across Germany beginning of this year. To ramp up, run and continuously develop the service we are looking for a working student for this new service who will part of the Meeting Room Service Team.


Key Responsibilities
As an intern / working student you will be a part of our global team. Among others, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support in IT-Service management (e.g. asset management, provider management and tracking, reporting and project management)
  • Research of current trends in the area of IT / Hardware
  • Contributing to the agile setup of global services and processes
  • Creation of power point slides for the management, preparation of meetings
  • Daily operational tasks
  • Maintenance and content creation for internal service homepage
  • Data administration of Sharepoint


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in computer science, information systems, business administration or technical study program with background in IT
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), German is a plus 
  • Reliability and ability to work autonomously with a high degree of responsibility
  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • IT affinity
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
