We are looking for a motivated Junior Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Productivity Excellence Practice Area and support us on a broad range of international projects.

 

Are you interested in driving Productivity initiatives for a global player? Do you have first experience in Business Process Management and/or Performance Management? Then this job is for you!

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
  • Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
  • Provide consulting support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management
  • General contribution to Allianz Consulting

 

 

 

Key Requirements/ Skills/ Experience

 

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Operational business and/ or consultancy experience (internship or employment as working student) in the area of productivity excellence, for example business process management, business process reengineering, target operating modeling
  • High attendance to learn and develop
  • Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience
  • Communication, facilitation, sales and conflict management skills
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus

Basic insurance business and project management experience
