In Talent & Development we plan, design and implement development measures and tools to promote and retain talent and establish sustainable succession planning and development. We set up career development strategies and programs across diverse seniority levels and implement them globally.

 

As an intern you have the opportunity to get insights in the complete portfolio of our team including:

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing new digital learning solutions and offers
  • Creating reports and presentations for different stakeholders
  • Supporting the center and training administration and logistics process: organization, correspondence with various stakeholders, conducting reports and evaluations
  • Conducting development needs analyses on defined focus topics
  • Developing initiatives for different talent groups as well as design and implement communications

 

Key Requirements

  • Any studies welcome or gap year, if you are enthusiastic about contributing to a diverse People Function Team in the Area of Talent Management
  • Independent and self-driven working style
  • Proactive and curious approach to new topics
  • Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing, German skills are beneficial
  • Good data analytical skills
  • Strong competence of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Very good communication skills
  • First working experiences are beneficial
  • You can start from 1st of February and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)

  • Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
