Job Purpose/Role

Allianz Technology is the Global IT shared service provider for all Allianz Operating Entities worldwide, providing the

infrastructure, services and applications required by Allianz employees to perform their daily work and serve our

millions of customers every day. The Infrastructure & Information Security pillar within Allianz Technology has the

objective to successfully deliver the Allianz Infrastructure services and capacity, evolving the strategy in the

adoption of an Hybrid Cloud Platform and Automated Operations.

You will be the senior commercial service manager for the fastest growing service in our portfolio – public cloud services, the IT foundation of Allianz Group.


Key Responsibilities
Be an active part in the development of the commercial service manager community of the data center and cloud services. You will learn from the community and give your knowledge to the community crossing service boundaries.
Develop and implement cost steering and controlling processes for the product to the benefit of the customers and the product. 
Provide the product owner with proper financial information to be able to efficiently steer the service and open financial opportunities.
Provide guidance, advice and support to the customer in commercial related areas. 
Lead planning, cost management, monthly reviews and P&L controlling, yearly price calculations and initiate ordering for related components.
Be willing to take over special tasks in the data center and cloud services area.


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
Higher education degree with technical-economical focus e.g. industrial engineering or equivalent work experience
Experienced in the use of systems that are relevant for Cloud Cost Controlling, e.g. SAP FI-CO/BW, servicenow, cloudhealth and of course Excel
Possessing understanding of (IT) service management and (IT) service organizations
Relevant work experience e.g. in accounting, controlling, IT service management etc.
Basic knowledge about data center services
Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations
Problem solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze factual information
