Job Purpose/Role
The Agile Methods & Innovation chapter supports our Workplace Product Teams to achieve tangible results. We promote an agile way of working inside and outside IT Workplace and offer knowledge competence for different agile methods. Achieving product quality goals is at the forefront and includes user experience to a large extent. We ensure that the knowledge is applied by all Workplace Services Squads and Chapters. We are not just a center of excellence. We also make sure that the added value created is known within the
organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop people in accordance with the Allianz People Attributes, leadership values and relevant guidelines
  • Enable the team to function effectively, follow clear priorities in alignment with the strategy and ensure that these are met
  • Communicate actively, ensure proactive information management and guide employees through change initiatives
  • Assume responsibility for the execution of all people related processes, e.g. recruiting, performance management and compensation with the guidance of the relevant HR counterparts
  • Drive resolution of business issues and ensures customer satisfaction, quality, cost efficiency, stability and technical performance for services, products and solutions within the area of responsibility
  • Delegate, prioritize and control tasks, balance workloads and steer capacity in the team
  • Secure working conditions within which the employees are enabled to fulfil their tasks best and with high motivation


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Higher education degree or equivalent work experience
  • Providing expertise in organizational transformation and change management
  • Relevant work experience in area of responsibility
  • Applying developing, coaching, mentoring and mediation skills
  • Possessing analytical thinking and methodological and conceptual techniques
  • Role model character with talent to drive new ideas and take new perspectives to challenge existing solutions
  • Capability to take up responsibility and be accountable for a project or a team
