Job Purpose/Role 

 

At AGCS our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business, to deliver a best-in-class support and counsel service to our managers.

 

In this role you will support the Head of Global Talent Attraction and D&I and be responsible for creating and deploying talent attraction strategies to attract and retain key talent into AGCS for the needs of today and tomorrow. 

 

You will work closely with the HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to source and select suitable employees for a variety of positions within the company and in line with our NEW AGCS ambitions, to achieve company goals. You will proactively integrate your knowledge of future trends and global perspectives in the development of strategies, processes, and metrics, working within a dynamic and team-oriented environment.


Responsibilities

 

In this role you will…

 

Talent Acquisition

 

•    Contribute to/participate in strategic recruiting and employer branding initiatives 
•    Actively manage the entire sourcing and selection process for approved vacancies, with the ability to make well-considered recommendations on strategy and approach
•    Develop, manage, and implement effective global recruitment strategies and processes in consultation with the Head of Global Talent Attraction and Diversity and Inclusion and in partnership with senior leadership and HR, considering future needs and key talent segments 
•    Liaise and work closely with the regional HR team, the global recruiting team, works council and shared service unit in Romania
•    Act as the subject matter expert for employer branding and recruitment marketing, including the development and deployment of social and other online media strategies, advertising channels, providing support and guidance to the global talent attraction team on how to best leverage the AGCS brand 
•    Produce and further enhance recruitment reports (ad-hoc and regular)
•    Cooperate with universities and headhunters
•    Optimize Talent Acquisition expertise and leverage best practice models/processes, data and tools to enhance the experience of candidates and hiring managers together with the team (five direct reports and five matrix reports) 
•    Build global internal and external pipelines of potential candidates for key talent segments, leverage innovative sourcing approaches 
•    Manage sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, career page and job boards) and recruitment technology, including contract negotiations and renewals, acting as subject matter expert on best practice tools and technology which will maximize effectiveness
•    Ensuring online content is fresh, engaging and up to date. Continue to build and grow AGCS’s presence in relevant and innovative recruitment channels and markets 


Diversity & Inclusion

 

•    In consultation, with the Head of Global Talent Attraction, execute AGCS’s global Diversity & Inclusion strategy, including identifying key external partners and facilitating collaboration and engagement between partners, employee resource groups and the global Talent Attraction team.
•    Develop a suite of metrics to measure progress and success, and to identify areas for further focus

 

To be successful in the role:

 

You will have….

 

•    A degree in Human Resources or a related field
•    Excellent knowledge of the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, selection tools and recruitment technology
•    Ability to effectively influence senior leaders
•    Significant and proven experience in a highly international corporate environment with a complex structure and operations across the globe  
•    Significant experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding, particularly with social and online media
•    Hands-on personality with proactive, innovative and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Excellent command of English (verbal and written) and German is mandatory
•    Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
•    Strong interpersonal/consulting skills
•    Energetic and flexible approach to work, able to adapt to changes quickly
•    Pro-active and results-oriented personality with high service orientation
•    Good process and time management skills
•    Good project management skills
•    Strong team player skills with proven experience to collaborate across different teams
•    Excellent MS-Office skills, experience with SAP e-recruiting and/or other applicant tracking systems
