The Release Management Team in the Information Technology Transformation Practice area is developing technical consulting capabilities in Software and Technology Lifecycle management. With a plethora of projects including one of the biggest digital transformation projects in Allianz, the Release management team is also on a mission to make technology and software concepts available by creating dedicated training contents and publishing whitepapers/technical blogs.


Key Responsibilities

As an Intern, you will be responsible for a variety of technical, management and communication activities ranging from creating technical documentation/writing whitepapers to preparing presentation material for Management

  • Support the Release Management team in Allianz consulting in their organizational and communication related day-to-day activities;
  • Independently preparing decision materials and presentations for Senior Leadership and Management
  • Assist/Support in the material created as part of the Technology trainings offered by the Release Management team
  • Manage in the maintainence of the backlog of activities leveraging agile and scrum concepts
  • Ownership of collating, drafting and posting content for the Allianz social network


Key Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in studies (Computer Science, Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, Communications) with an inclination towards technology and software
  • Problem Solving capabilities and the ability to work autonomous with minimal guidance
  • Ability to prioritize tasks managing deliverables on time
  • Advanced skills in MS office Suite
  • First hand experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects, Continuous integration and delivery beneficial
  • Experience in change management, quality management
  • Communication capabilities for writing technical content or blog posts on technology topics
  • Scrum, Jira/Confluence knowledge is beneficial
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Proactive and well-organized working style
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week)
