You want to support a team of consultants driving strategic and innovative projects in the fast-changing insurance market? Join Allianz Consulting, our in-house consulting branch, that delivers management consulting service across the full value chain and to all Allianz entities globally.

 

This is your chance to gain practical insights into our diverse and international business environment, work closely with experienced consultants on key projects of the Allianz Group and enhance your current studies with practical experience. 

 

Our department handles projects around product development and marketing, for instance in supporting the central marketing unit of the Olympic committee, realignment of insurance products with regards to decarbonization, preparing of marketing materials, developing new services for our customers, or reorganization of company structures.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in their daily business activities
  • Responsibility to work independently and reliably on given tasks
  • Creation of presentations for the top management
  • You will have the opportunity to take lead in internal projects at your own initiative
  • Planning and organization of Off-and On-Site events for 50+ people
  • Proactive involvement in our projects including client communication and interaction
  • Support of our different service clusters to develop products and elaborate on new project approaches

 

Key Requirements

  • Good analytical skills and open communication style - first project experiences as advantage
  • Affinity to work in teams with diverse background
  • Advanced experience in MS Office – especially PowerPoint
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Good academic record
  • Operational business and/ or consultancy experience is desirable
  • You can start immediately or at latest in August and are interested in a working student position for at least 9 months - part time (16-20 h/week)
