Job Purpose / Role


Allianz Consulting is currently looking for a compliance and regulatory professional to join a well-diversified team with a specific focus in Compliance, Regulatory, Privacy and Legal topics.

Our consulting services focus on our clients' needs, particularly in the above mentioned areas and in the impacted  business lines within Allianz. For this reason we bring deep industry knowledge and functional expertise to fulfill our clients’ requirements and support the overall vision of Allianz Group.


Key Responsibilities


  • Act as a trusted advisor for team members and clients, helping them succeed in implementing new and continuously evolving regulatory requirements, while achieving high compliance standards and raising awareness of risks and compliance related to emerging technologies
  • Supporting our clients in identifying and analyzing regulatory and compliance risks and opportunities within their day-to-day operations; designing and implementing suitable solutions for such challenges together with our clients
  • Analyzing and implementing new regulations in alignment with the client and all affected stakeholders
  • Working in a project environment and taking care of project-related tasks, project deadlines and deliverables in the context of customer and stakeholder management
  • Contributing to pitches before potential clients under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
  • Contributing to various  initiatives of Allianz Consulting, such as social projects, processes improvement, research, trainings, among others



Key Requirements/ Skills/ Experience


  • University degree in law, risk management, business / economics, accounting, public policy or equivalent relevant experience in the areas of compliance and/or regulatory
  • Experience in project and process management methods and techniques, process development and continuous optimization (certifications in project management are desirable)
  • Minimum 3 years of job experience in the areas of compliance and/or regulatory; consulting experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Desire to learn fast and motivation to  constantly develop
  • Proactiveness and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
  • Communication, facilitation, sales, and conflict management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)


Desired Requirements/ Skills/ Experience


  • Experience and knowledge in insurance
  • International work experience
  • Passionate about technologies and interest in RegTech, Compliance by Design and/or IT Compliance
  • Relevant compliance certifications
  • German and/or other languages are a plus
