Allianz Consulting is the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group. Our experienced consulting teams support all Allianz operating entities worldwide in planning and implementing their local key strategic projects. We bring deep, industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients’ requirements and support the overall vision of the Allianz Group. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ad hoc conceptual and administrative support for current training projects
  • Support consultants on training and development questions related to the Allianz Consulting offers
  • Taking care of the training info page on the intranet
    • Writing and posting blogposts and news updates about training
    • Produce monthly newsletter
    • Independently research trainings on the intranet and internet for trend topics
    • Taking care of the intranet info page for Managers
    • Support live info sessions on trainings, eg for new hires or for the onboarding live online session for new managers
    • Support the creation of learning recommendations on our internal online learning platform
  • Training planning and controlling:
    • Collecting training dates plus additional logistical infos for the upcoming training year
    • Tracking and utilization of trainer data, feedback results for trainings etc.
  • Other administrative and organizational support

 

Key Requirements

  • University student with a passion for learning and development
  • Enrolled at university for the entire period of employment
  • Dedicated and strong customer focus attitude 
  • First practical experience via internships or working student positions in the area of Learning & Development or Human Resources
  • Advanced in MS Office applications (especially in PPT and Excel)
  • Fluent in German and English, including good writing skills in both languages
  • Reliable, conscientious, engaged and proactive
  • Independent working style with strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Strong team player with good communication skills. Collaborate well with colleagues in the team and the teams “clients”, the consultants
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
