Applications 2 is one of Allianz Technology’s key product areas, and responsible for the delivery of our services and applications to our customers across the whole Allianz Group. As Allianz Technology recently transformed into a fully Agile organization, our products are now allocated to “Verticals” (for example, Sales, Commercial, Life & Health) that have end-to-end responsibility from build to rollout to run. The Head of Applications 2 is part of the Executive Management Team of Allianz Technology, and in addition to the above-mentioned portfolio also responsible for the delivery hub in Thailand. As intern/working student in the Applications 2 Office, you will support him and the office team, as well as our senior management in day-to-day operations.

You will 

• Be part of our global team, and support the Head of the Applications 2 and his Office team in day-to-day operations
• Support special projects, including the transformation program of Allianz Technology
• Prepare presentations, reports, articles and other documents for the top management and other stakeholders
• Support data quality improvement intiatives 
• Prepare top management meetings, workshops and events, e.g. Townhalls

Your skills

• You have the ability to grasp topics quickly, a structured way of working and an eye for details
• You are a team player who also can work autonomously and takes responsibility for your own work
• You are an expert in handling MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams
• You have excellent command of the English language, written and spoken, German is beneficial but not mandatory
• You possess practical experience through relevant internships, e.g., in the financial industry environment, at consultancies, in agencies or start-ups
• You have a professional appearance and confident communication and interpersonal skills
• You are studying in the final phase of a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in the fields of economics, IT, natural sciences or communication sciences
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
