The Business Transfer team within the Organizational Management & Change area of Allianz Technology has the following dual mission

(1) Enable Allianz Technology to become the single IT provider of the Allianz Group by managing global IT business transfers from Allianz Operating Entities (OEs) to Allianz Technology

(2) Shape the Allianz Technology global footprint by maintaining & assessing the impact of IT delivery strategy on Allianz Technology’s locations, including e.g., setting up new entities to enable new/extended business

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in implementing the AZ Technology location strategy
• Interact with complex international stakeholder environment
• Monitoring of KPIs associated with Allianz Technology global footprint
• Preparation of reporting for Allianz Technology Management Team
• Contribute to the success of Allianz Technology transforming Allianz into a digital group

Key Requirements

• Preferred study areas: Economics, Management or similar 
• Interest in Project Management, Business Transformation,  Merger & Acquisition, and /or Organizational Management
• International experience from working or studying abroad
• Experience from internships at consulting companies or international corporations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and basic skills in German
• Ability to work without supervision
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week)
