Intern / Working Student Strategic Transformation Project Management (m/f/d)

Together with Allianz Versicherungs-AG, we are currently strategically transforming an Automotive IT platform in the German market. The task is to optimize and further strengthen the international setup (Germany and India) as well as financial, skill, and transformation project management. The intern/working student will work directly with the program lead as part of the Project Management Office (PMO).

What you do

• You support the Program Lead in strategic and operational topics and prepare documents for Senior Management of Allianz.
• You support in actively shaping the international setup of our automotive IT platform and further optimize the financials and skills of the team through transformational project management.
• You independently take on challenging project topics and drive them with full ownership.

What you bring

• You feel comfortable working data-driven on strategic topics and presenting them in a management-alike manner.
• You are enrolled in a course of study in the field of business administration, financial mathematics, economics, business informatics, or a comparable course of study.
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in a strategy and management consulting firm, the financial industry, or FinTechs.
• You are confident and experienced in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• You speak fluent German (at least C1).
• Previous experience in business-related functions (e.g., Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/Tech, etc.) is a plus.
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months full-time (38h/week) or, in a working student position, part-time (16-20 h/week).
