We are looking for a Global Product Governance Project Manager - GPR, based in Munich, London or Paris.

 

Your Team 
Our Team is committed to implement a Global Product Lifecycle Management Strategy aiming for product and wording excellence, digitalization and alignment cross Lines of Business while meeting the sophisticated needs of our clients.

 

The Impact You Will Have 

The role is responsible for proactively supporting the development and execution of the global Lifecycle Mgt strategy, proactively supporting the design, development and implementation of new and modified products for the Lines of Business globally, steer and act as an integral part of the Global Product Management team.

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include

  • Proactively support the development and implementation of AGCS transformation initiatives, in line with AGCS transformation strategy
  • Contribute to developing a global product strategy and define a product transformation strategy for the product scope within responsibility
  • Proactively set up and drive product development process and product review process to ensure that design, development and implementation of new and modified products meet Line of Business needs and strategic plans and is fully embedded in AGCS data model 
  • Build and develop the governance for Artificial Intelligence supported wording platform including a wording library to ensure technical excellence in assessing wordings in underwriting process
  • Drive cross Line of Business and cross-functional collaboration and exchange to ensure product strategy being fully embedded in AGCS strategies and initiatives
  • Communicate product strategy to internal and external stakeholders


What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Proven expertise and significant experience in project management/consultancy role or strong experience overseeing the execution of business-critical projects with expertise from an international insurance market 
  • Proven technical knowledge of the international insurance market, with deep understanding for product, wording and underlying exposure. Understanding of market trends and product requirements
  • Strong understanding of requirements of business transformation on product architecture and wordings
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze highly complex data, ability to quickly identify guiding principles and practical solutions in complex scenarios
  • Proactive, excellent organization skills, high attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation skills: Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally. Ability to "sell" an improvised or prepared audience winning story
  • Fluent English skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
