We are looking for a WOW  intern to join our Employee Experience Team in People Function. Allianz Technology is committed to promoting a fair, inclusive, and engaging workplace for all our employees. To support in these efforts, we are hiring a WOW Intern to help us design communication plans, campaigns and implement them efficiently.

You will

• You will assist the Employee Experience Team in global communications and visual design for WOW & Culture projects and initiatives.
• You will work with the WOW team in creating communications and campaigns onr elevant Employee Experience topics across all channels.
• You will track and manage the global yearly WOW Project plan  ensuring we prepare and communicate events and awareness campaigns on time
• You will research on relevant WOW  topics and conceptualize new ideas and new engaging formats to increase knwoedge and awareness across the organization
• You will help coordinate and support the roll-out of community-based events and projects.
   

Your skills

• You are enrolled in at least a Bachelor's program, any field of study is welcomed
• You are passionate about people, creating great experiences and engaging workplaces
• You enjoy creating and communication simple to complex, to challenging topics in creative and engaging ways
• You have strong visual storytelling skills and writing ability 
• You are collaborative and able to engage with people at all levels of the company
• You are proficient in MS Office
• High proficiency in e.g. Adobe CC Suite, Procreate or other illustration softwares, Canva or illustration softwares is a plus
• You are able to start in October 2023 on a full-time internship basis (38 hours/week)
