Key responsibilities / You will get to:
- Own a project module, proposing activities and next steps ensuring achievement of all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder’s management
- Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
- Assist the team in analyzing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation
- Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
- Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events
Key requirements / What we hope you bring:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operational business or management consulting as a Full-Time Employee
- Previous experience in process improvement, business process optimization
- Excellent time, people, and project management skills
- An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking
- Your desire to make a difference and your willingness to be coached
- Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
- Your excellent command of English that you will use when preparing and delivering presentations and reports
- Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
- Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project or change management tools and techniques
